INDIAN BEACH RESIDENCE

CONCEPTUAL SITE PLAN

INDIAN BEACH RESIDENCE

Nestled beneath a canopy of grand oak trees and palm fronds, this tropical oasis serves as a refuge from the cold winter months of Central Europe.

At the core of the design lies an organic fountain crafted of limestone and oolite. This garden emits a lush tropical and calming ambiance. The removal of the master bedroom wall allows the occupants to immerse themselves in the environment. A view corridor is curated with tropical plantings, culminating in a petite bubbling boulder fountain. Oolite stepping stones traverse the water body, seamlessly connecting the main residence and guesthouse. An aged oolite garden space provides a comfortable dining area and is complemented by a series of terraced decks leading to a fire pit area and lap pool. The open expanse of the pool gradually transitions into a verdant tropical garden setting.
